Realize your dreams powerfully with less effort is today’s part of the blogged book, Do What You Love, a 28-day method to do what you love starting today and get paid for it. I share here how I’m doing it with my dreams, in images too.
Effectivity, or Boosting Your Dream Life Results
This part is about thinking on ways you could achieve better results to live your dreams. You could do even better that you dreamed of! We’ll look at how to maximize your results.
I first thought of finishing this work as a short ebook in 3 weeks. I did it, I achieve the product I wanted within that deadline. But because I want it to be one of the best products on the market on doing what you love in your life and career, and that it helps deliver high results, I add to it with a weeks of work too. I also changed my strategy of not only offering it in ebook format from my websites but also in book format on other websites such as Amazon.
I’m actually energized by it, I love what I do and that I will give you the best tools to do what you love. And it will help me in the end with the good testimonials and people referring it to their friends. By the way, now is the best time to ask, if you find these book parts helpful please take a few minutes of your time to share it to your friends and recommending it. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!

1. What to boost?
Effectivity in the sense intended here is producing a decided, decisive, or desired action in an impressive way.
Having more with less, like having more with less time, energy, or even money, is appealing, right?
Being dedicated, Zen, calm, firm and picking the best tempo for your tasks will boost your results.
I have interesting stories about that. The first months after having my twins, I was very occupied, having 1 hour of time in between breastfeeding for everything else. What kept me going was loving them but also doing what I loved, martial arts. I was training to realize a long time dream, to fight.
I schedule my training time to make the best of it, up to one full hour at maximum intensity. In fact, I even planned it before I had them, when I was fighting for their lives. Being nearly 4 months on bed rest because halfway into the pregnancy I was about to have them, I had to realize my dream for me and them of having my children in optimal health. I had lost my first child like this, the hardest experience in my life. Being dedicated to stay on bed rest and with help, my twins and I made it safe to term. I consider it my biggest victory of all time.
Eleven months later, I had just stopped breastfeeding (my boys didn’t want to anymore), I was at the top of my shape, the fittest I had been in years and below the weight pre-pregnancy, when most women just begin to be. And I was fighting my first mixed martial arts fight. The doctor was astounded and people enjoyed the fight.
I realized dreams and was proud of myself. I had my twins (1st dream) safely (2nd dream), was a stay-at-home mom (3rd dream) and was now a real fighter resolving many issues in my life (4th dream). I had made the best of my time and achieve the best I could. I reached my dreams and my passion for my dreams helped me reach them.
About anything’s possible with will, focus and making the most of our resources:
How you can realize powerfully your dreams too
Schedule your time so your can work in short burst with maximum efficiency. Lock the door, isolate yourself from people or your phone, or have someone care for your bouncy children. Be aware of what takes you out of focus, stay away from it while you work.
To start looking on what to boost, look at your weakest spots. What in your projects isn’t achieving adequate results? Figure out a way so it does. You could improve yourself at doing it or have it done by someone else.
Also, take a look at your strongest spots. Could you have capital from it so it serves your weakest spot, as for financing someone to do it for you for example? Your strongest point might also be what you are ecstatic at doing.
Focusing on doing what you’re best at could make you thrive. You might not have to take more time or else, and you give more in your life of what you love.
2. When is it time to be more effective?
Gauge your success so far and include it in your schedule to do it every week. Look for signs of unhappiness in parts of your routine. If you’re needy for a better quality of life, redirect your course and maximize your resources to reach your dreams.
Once you picked your tempo, always be looking to see if it’s still adapted to what you want and the other’s needs you’re responding to.
If not, upgrade it by a team that can help you or find out ways to improve what you do.
- Do you work best with the 50 minutes of work and 10 minutes of breaks? Or would it be best for you in multiple separated spurts, like 20 minutes followed by a 5 minutes break?
- Do you still love to work in the morning/at night/whatever else? You could try another schedule and see if it fits you best;
- Is training before/after you work makes you more effective or do you need to meditate, take a break instead?
- Other:
3. Where can you be more successful?
In your life and careers, you can work it out to be the most effective you can be and love it.
In your life, reassess the schedule that you’d love to have for the rest of your life living your dreams. You can also look at the best environment after beginning of living the dream. Would you have a better quality of life in other parts of the world be better or relocating near your family? I now realize I would love to live in the woods to write, instead of near a speedy road, where I could focus more on my writing and be in an inspiring natural setting. We are looking to do that.
For your career success, evaluate also if your environment is best fitted for what you do, like if you need a better office.
You can be more successful too in juggling with your work and life by blending those 2, like with working from home or working less hours a week.
Pick changes that will boost your efficacy when you work and give you a great life quality.
Are there tasks that let you do 2, 3, 6 things at the same time? You could achieve your projects in a shorter delay and have more spare time to do more or relax! Anyone could use that right?
For example, when I write books I’ve learned to use parts of it and turn them into articles for the website. If readers like it, they can know more about it in the book or subscribe to my newsletter to stay informed. So here I do a lot of tasks at about the same time : writing a book, an article, promoting, preparing a sale and stay in touch with my clients.
You can optimize your project by starting your day with what is most important. Getting 3 tasks done that are urgent everyday, at a good speed, can get you where you need to be fast! If you finish quickly you can also reward yourself by taking the rest of the time off. Also, if you always give the best of yourself you will improve what you do and learn it to do it faster.
4. Why you have to boost your results to be more effective?
Challenging yourself to achieve the best results is stimulating to actively seek them. When you have a far out dream, you know you have to work hard and good to get there. It encourages you to be more effective.
Seeking the best results also helps your evolution, because if you don’t go for always better you could stagnate and enjoy less yourself. When you reach a subgoal, after celebrating it having your next one line-up keeps your motivation going to get your supergoal.
Boosting your results is also safe measure to keep success coming into your projects. If you are doing the best quality of work in the least time it’s interesting for people who need your service. They know they’ll get the best out of your work.
5. How can you be in a prodigious circle of achievements?
You can make yourself a program that will push you to always achieve you best with minimum efforts these ways:
- Keep on leveraging. Do activities that can respond to multiples goals at the same time. For example with this book, when I write it I achieve several goals. I write it (reaching the goal of having a whole book written to help people and myself), edit it as I go (have it corrected 1 time) and publish a part on the blog (already helping people and promoting the upcoming book). Once it will be written it will also be a source of information to people unlimited by time, being accessible for years, and of passive source of income for my family.
- Act regularly. Of not, it’s easy to find an excuse not to do it. I know that if I don’t work every day I’m supposed to I’m less productive.
- Celebrate when you achieve a goal. Tell your subconscious you did great, you encourage your whole self. I have a message on a timer that pops up when the time is up, and says “Doing it, Congrats Champ!” It’s funny, tongue in cheek, but I fully realize as it pops that I’m doing what I love this very moment and it’s doing well. I’m happy to see this message and I’m more productive with the timer method and this encouragement.
- Continue to hang out with your support. It could mean the world to keep you going. I have a resource group while I’m writing this book and it’s encouraging to know they’re doing the same as me and that we report back together.
- Think out of the box and the limits that kept you in a life you didn’t love. Be now more than you were yesterday, always. Grow exponentially.
