Are these sayings founded on solid confirmation, a firm establish base of facts, or are they trembling thoughts on an unstable foundation? And, worst of all, are you trying to be happy and do what you love based on the latter, those false affirmations, and/ or wondering why you’re always running after them without catching them?

I just wrote a free special report on the last findings of happiness, What Everybody Ought to Know About Doing What We Love and Being Very Happy, because there is an actual science on that making sense of common perceptions on blissfulness, to make it all clear so you have the tools to really be happy and working on what you like, finally.

Doing What We Love and Being Very Happy : Hard. Facts.

First, let’s get started with a quiz :

Happiness and Money

Question : Is having money that important to happiness?

Answer : When we talk of happiness these days, the subject of money comes in the first important aspects of it.  Science says that it truly is primordial! But up to a certain point, and not what is currently valued in industrialized societies, where people idealize happiness equaling the wealth of movie stars.

When it comes to your resources, you must have enough for your basic needs, that’s all you would necessitate. After a certain income, some experts saying about $75 000, happiness doesn’t go really along with money, always wanting more equates always running after a carrot when you’re already full – it’s not even thrilling people going this way realize. But a carrot sure seems delicious if you’re hungry. Well it almost always seems good to me, yes I’m vegan maybe that helps, but I’m meaning here needing money for your basic needs so make sure to have enough of a salary because so much of your needs can be fulfilled with that. Also, you have to take that fact in when evaluating your work, doing what you love that provides you a decent income should be the way to go.

Family and Happiness

Question : So much with money, but what about having a family, and moreover, having a kid?

Answer : Well, this is a two-sided topic. Each one of us has to make the good decision on having children as I explain latter. Relationships are one of the most important determinates of happiness. We basically need a sense of community and love, intimate relationships. You have to find out if it’s right for you because having children might not be a magic answer to unhappiness, but having meaningful relationships yes.

Studies clash with myths of happiness increasing when having children, discovering that people who have kids at home are not happier than others (but maybe when their offspring leaves and keep a distant contact). Particularly with toddlers and teenagers, parents can be less pleased because of the daily tasks that can be draining and having less freedom, which is an other important aspect of happiness.

Doing What We Love at Work and Happiness

Answer : Does doing what we love really impacts being happier?

Question : New social studies agree that doing what you love, or loving what you do at your job, is linked to your happiness… and other people’s happiness. In fact, not loving your job puts strain on others and has a big cost on our society. A satisfied worker is also a better worker generally.

Science Shines Light on How to Be Very Happy and Be Doing What We Love

I’m really glad to be able to study what works generally for our happiness and passions. It has always been a dream of mine to help a lot of people finding their blissful paths. I’m relieved that those studies enable us to be masters of our own lives putting in our hands tools that generally provides happiness.

But being a sociologist, I know how social experts tend to occult from their results that what they get, although easy to come up to this conclusion, is what makes generally people happy. I explain clearly in the report too that, in the end, you could be apart from the norm and be happy with what doesn’t make others so. For example, you could be happy, as I am, being a parent. It could be right for you – but don’t jump in before being sure of it because it will affect your happiness and your children’s happiness too, another aspect I cover in the ebook. It’s ok to be unique, and more than so because everybody is special in their own way and we should respect that. Anyway, these findings can be a plus for all of us to know what makes generally people contented; try or evaluate it and see if it makes you pleased too so you can be your happiest.

Know Deeply The Topic, Increase Your Wellbeing

All the studies talked about in the quiz are detailled in the free special report that comes with the other free special content along with the website, the free crash course on the topic and the Be Happy and Do What You Love Ezine and an email magazine you can receive regularly (but not harrassingly) in your mailbox.
